CJ FOODS VIET NAM COMPANY LIMITED - LONG AN BRANCH

CJ Group has been operating in Vietnam for many years with a variety of product fields. CJ Foods food factory was expanded in Tan Kim Industrial Park Expansion, Long An Province with the purpose of producing food from starch. In this cooperation with the factory, DATA Energy will be mainly responsible for 2 gas categories:

Category 1:  Design and installation of LPG system.

The LPG system installed by DATA Energy includes:

• 15 ton LPG tank, 2 vaporizers with capacity of 300kg/h
• Technological Equipment For LPG Input Line From Pump Head To Tank
• Equipment From Technology Cluster To Main Valve
• Equipment For Tank Cooling Water Lines
• Electrical Systems for Vaporizers and Alarm Devices.

The project has been approved for fire protection and has been put into use in 2021.

Category 2: Renovating the LPG system to meet the factory's increased production needs.

Improved system includes:

• 1 electric steam machine with capacity of 700kg/h.
• Equipment for export lines and vaporizers.
• Equipment system from the station to the boiler (steel pipes, ball valves, flow meters,...).
• Electrical system for vaporizer (electrical cabinet, gas detector,...).

The project is accepted and put into use in 2023

The project implementation process always takes place in the construction area, ensuring absolute safety for workers. The system is periodically maintained according to the committed plan.
