Service Process
1. Measure the minimum area of the CNG station (Ex: With a capacity of 1500 Sm3/h, the area required is 15x17m)
2. Ensure a safe distance of 15m from the CNG station to the production area and neighboring buildings.
3. Ensure space for the movement and refueling of CNG tank trucks.
4. Determine the location of the burner and the construction plan for the pipeline to the burner/production machine.
5. Determine the grounding plan, lightning protection, electricity, water, ...
1. Calculate the capacity of the CNG station based on the production plan and the capacity of the burner / machine.
2. Design the layout of the station, equipment and pipelines.
3. The design drawings must be approved by the Fire Prevention Department before construction.
1. Purchase materials, fabricate PRU pressure reducing unit and pipeline.
2. Install CNG station according to drawings, complete connection with burner/production machine.
3. Inspect system and equipment by 3rd party.
1. Acceptance of completed installation with the factory / investor.
1. Invite competent authorities to accept the fire protection system.
1. The CNG station is operated and monitored by qualified technical staff 24/7 (DATA Energy)
2. The CNG station is maintained every 3 months.
