Service Process
1. General inspection of CNG station foundation, fence, signs of corrosion;
2. Check safety signs around the station; Check electrical cabinet.
1. Check the power cabinet and control cabinet
1. Check the heating water pump; Check the heating element (resistor); Check the operation of the solenoid valve;
2. Check the operation of the electrode (water level indicator); Check the boiler backup water tank.
Check female head and coupling wire; Check pressure gauge on filling column; Check coupling wire support foot; Check ground clamp.
1. Check the emergency shut-off system, Check the filter; Level 1 pressure regulator; Level 2 pressure regulator.
2. Check for leaks in pipes and joints; Check the pressure gauge and temperature on the system (mechanical);
3. Check the tightening force at the high-pressure tube joints; Check the pressure of the nitrogen gas tank.
