INSTALL CNG SYSTEM PROCESS (CNG STATION)

1. Survey of CNG system / CNG station installation area

• Measure the minimum area of ​​the CNG station (Example: With a capacity of 1500 Sm3/h, the customer needs a land area of ​​15x17m)
• Ensure a safe distance from the CNG station to the production area and neighboring buildings of 15m. This is a regulation to ensure fire safety.
• Ensure space for the movement and refueling of CNG tank trucks.
• Determine the location of the burner / production machine and the plan for constructing the pipeline to that point.
• Determine the plan for grounding, lightning protection, electricity, water,...

2. CNG system design / CNG station

• Calculate the capacity of the CNG station based on the production plan and the capacity of the burner / machine.
• Design the layout of the station, equipment and pipelines.
• The design drawings must be approved by the Fire Prevention Department before construction.

3. Deployment of CNG system / CNG station installation

• After signing the contract, DATA Energy proceeds to purchase materials, process PRU pressure reducing unit and pipeline.
• Install CNG system according to drawings, complete connection with burner / production machine.
• Inspect system and equipment by 3rd party.

4. Acceptance with the customer

• Acceptance of the completion of the CNG system installation with the customer/investor in writing.

5. Fire safety acceptance

• Submit the dossier and invite the competent authority to accept the fire safety. This authority will issue a fire safety acceptance license for this system (which may or may not be included with the fire safety acceptance license of the entire factory).

6. Operation and maintenance of CNG system / CNG station

• The CNG system must be operated by qualified technical staff 24/7 according to gas industry regulations.
• The CNG system is maintained every 3 months to ensure continuous and safe operation.
