Why use a boiler?

A boiler is a device with high applicability in many fields such as civil (generating electricity), industrial production (industries such as food processing, textile, dyeing, paper production, rubber, chemicals, ...) with advantages such as:

  • High efficiency: Modern boilers can achieve high efficiency, minimize fuel consumption and optimize energy conversion.
  • Provide stable temperature and pressure: The boiler is capable of providing stable temperature and pressure, suitable for many different industrial applications.
  • Diversity of fuel sources: Boilers can use many different types of fuel such as coal, oil, gas, biomass, or solar energy, providing flexibility in choosing the appropriate fuel source.
  • Diversity in types: There are many different types of boilers such as electric boilers, fluidized bed boilers, etc. Depending on the needs and production processes of customers, customers can choose the type of boiler that suits their purposes.

How an industrial boiler works?

An industrial boiler works by converting energy from fuel into heat and then using this heat to generate steam. The steam generated in an industrial boiler is used as a heat carrier.

WHAT IS AN INDUSTRIAL BOILER

Fuel combustion:

  • Fuel (such as LPG, CNG, coal, oil, etc., or renewable energy) is fed into the combustion chamber.
  • The fuel is burned in the combustion chamber, generating high heat. This process often uses a burner to control and optimize combustion efficiency.

Heat exchange:

  • The heat generated from the combustion process is transferred through the heat exchange surfaces inside the boiler to heat the water.
  • The feed water is pumped into the piping system in the boiler and comes into contact with the heat exchange surfaces, where it absorbs heat and increases in temperature.

Steam generation:

  • When the water reaches boiling temperature, it turns into steam.
  • The steam is collected and directed through the steam pipes to the areas of use or storage.

Control and safety:

The boiler is equipped with automatic control systems and sensors to maintain temperature and pressure at safe levels. Safety valves and other protective devices ensure that the boiler operates under safe conditions, preventing the risk of explosion or other accidents.
