EQUIPMENT REQUIRED IN LPG STATION

LPG tank: The structure of the LPG tank includes an LPG gas tank made of carbon steel or stainless steel. The outer surface of the LPG tank is covered with an anti-corrosion and heat-insulating layer to protect the tank from external impacts and keep the temperature inside the tank stable. The tank body is designed in a cylindrical shape; The two tops of the tank can be designed into a spherical or elliptical shape. LPG tanks have many different capacities, from: 0.5 m3 - 300 m3.

LPG vaporizer: Natural vaporizer, electric vaporizer, heat-powered vaporizer,....

Auxiliary equipment: (electrical shut-off valve, emergency shut-off valve, gas leak alarm system, probe,...).

SOME SAFETY STANDARDS ON LPG SYSTEM INSTALLATION

• Regulation: QCVN 10:2012/BCT: Safety of liquefied petroleum gas supply stations
• Standard: TCVN 7441-2004: Liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) supply system at the point of consumption - Design, installation and operation requirements.
• Standard: TCVN 6486:2008 Liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) – Storage under pressure – Design and installation requirements.
• Circulars: No: 49/2012/TT-BCT: Promulgating national technical regulations on liquefied petroleum gas station safety.
• Regulations of the Ministry of Industry and Trade: Vietnam's Ministry of Industry and Trade also issues regulations and instructions related to the installation and operation of LPG stations. These regulations include licensing requirements, employee training, and safety management.
