What is CNG?

CNG (Compressed Natural Gas) is a type of natural gas with methane as its main component (accounting for up to 95%). It is stored and compressed at high pressure and transported by specialized vehicles.

CNG is a colorless, odorless, non-toxic gas that is lighter than air.

Natural gas, after being extracted from natural gas fields or associated gas during oil extraction, is purified by removing impurities and heavy components through a processing plant. It is then transported by pipeline to a gas compression plant.
